ATTENTION DIRECTORS!

The Tennessee Valley Invitational Marching Competition and the Muscle Shoals Band Boosters cordially invite you to attend a Dinner in your Honor. The dinner will be served beginning at 4:45 and will be in the library of the middle school featuring many culinary delights.  For those directors who must warm up during this time, you are welcome to dine after your performance. Please make plans to be there. We will need a list of people that plan to have dinner. Directors, spouses and staff members are welcome, but badges are required for admission.  Please notify Mr. Davis Mrs. Bonee at the registration table of your plans for dinner and everyone’s wishes for an entrée so we can issue a badge to them.  You may choose a Rib Eye Steak or Grilled Chicken as your main dish.  If you sent this by email, thanks! 

The hospitality room will also be in the library where you, your staff, and family can enjoy snacks and refreshments all day long.

 There will be a bus driver’s lounge at Muscle Shoals High School for your bus drivers to rest and enjoy snacks and watch football games. A meal ticket (redeemable at either concession stand) will be provided for the bus drivers.

 Remember…hospitality room all day…Dinner at 4:45.
