This year we will take a form of electronic application. Please follow these steps:

1. Please read all of the steps before beginning!

2. Download and save this 2010 application to your computer. Save it to "My Documents" or any folder where you store documents.

3. Open the application in Microsoft Word by double clicking on it.

4. Fill in the fields on the form.

5. Save the filled out application back onto your computer (remembering where you saved it!)

6. Send an email to Pat Stegall at pstegall@mscs.k12.al.us sending the application as an attachment.

7. Mail the check to:
