 What to bring: Toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, sweet smelling stuff to cover up the “b-o”, a change of clothes, money for food, snacks and souvenirs, pillow, blanket, etc.

 Dress for BOA after we compete should be casual, but “nice”. You will be indoors all day except for our afternoon warm-up.  Make sure you bring money for dinner (at the CNN Center) as well as snacks and souvenirs for the Dome and Six Flags. Remember, concessions food at the stadium and Six Flags will be more expensive than you are used to. BOA is a class act and so are we; REMEMBER TO BE ON YOUR BEST BEHAVIOR.

 Special Instructions: For parents who are driving, there is parking at the dome at a cost of $10.  Personal Video Cameras will not be allowed in the stadium.

 Patches:  BOA will have available at the Dome, Commemorative 2008 Championship Patches.  The cost is $6 each.  You will be given (free) a Regional Participant segment that goes with the patch for your participation.

 Designated Chaperones: Vickie Kilgore, Lisa Quinn, Darlene Austin and others. 

 The parent bus will travel with us to all events on this trip.

Saturday November 1, 2008

5:30 am EST       Breakfast at Georgia Rest Area

6:30 am               Leave for Dome, Dressed and ready to play

7:15 am               Arrive Georgia Dome, Dressed and ready to play

8:05 am               Physical Warm-up

8:25 am               Musical Warm-up

9:15 am               Performance Time

9:30 am               Pictures

10:30 am             Buses Depart Orange Lot and Park in other lot

11:00                   Sack Lunch in park

12:00 pm             Re-Enter Stadium for rest of Prelims

4:00 pm               Prelim Awards*

4:30 pm               Walk to CNN Center for Supper

4:45 pm               Arrive CNN Center for Supper

7:00 pm               Watch Finals

11:00 pm             Load Buses and depart for Douglasville

6:35 pm               Warm up

7:30 pm               Finals Performance

11:00 pm             Load Buses and depart for Douglasville

5:30 pm               Exit Park, Load buses and depart for home
