State Contest, March 13, 2007

 What to bring: Money for Lunch, Instruments, Music, Uniforms, Shoes, Socks and Equipment.

 Dress for performance before we leave MSMS. Make sure you bring money for food. 

REMEMBER TO BE ON YOUR BEST BEHAVIOR.

Be on the buses by 10:45 to check roll.  Bus captains report to Mr. Stegall, Mr. Waters and Mr. Ownby when everyone is present and ready to leave. Bus 1 at MSMS, Buses 2 &3 at MSHS

Special Instructions: Your Chaperones are there to help things run smoothly and to supervise.  Please remember to be respectful of them, the bus drivers and others in authority.

12:00 noon                   Arrive Huntsville Parkway City Mall - Huntsville

1:15 pm                        Depart for Huntsville HS for Warm up (MSMS)

2:00 pm                        Warm-up on stage for MSMS

                                    MSHS Dress for performance

3:00 pm                        Stage Performance for MSMS

                                    MSHS Listen

3:25 pm                        Sight Reading Adjudication MSMS

3:50 pm                        Warm Up room for MSHS

4:30 pm                        MSHS Stage Performance

4:55 pm                        MSHS depart for sight reading

5:20 pm                        Load buses/check roll

5:30 pm                        Depart for Home

6:30 pm                        Arrive at MSMS/MSHS
