5:00PM             Depart from Muscle Shoals, AL for Orlando, FL via motor coaches Anchor Tours

7:00PM             Supper at Galleria Mall in Birmingham

8:30PM             Depart Mall                   Drivers exchange

                       Meals and rest stops at group’s discretion.

12:30AM           Rest Stop in Dothan Area

1:15AM             Depart rest stop

6:15AM             Breakfast in Gainesville (Eastern time Zone)

7:45AM             Depart Gainesville

10:00AM           Arrive at Wet’n Wild bus parking area - where a Florida Festival Tours Guide will              meet you at arrival.  Locker rentals, changing facilities and showers are available                               11at water park.

12:00AM           BBQ Lunch at the water park.

(C) Unlimited chicken BBQ off the grill with baked beans, bag of chips, rolls, soft drinks & dessert.

 2:00pm             Depart for Universal Studios. Catch a star in action and don’t miss the new adventure thrill ride “The Revenge of the Mummy”, Shrek 4-D”, “Men in Black: Alien Attack”, “Terminator2: 3-D, The Simpsons, and much more! (Park hopper)

 7:00PM             Depart for The Springhill Suites @ The Marriott Courtyard Village.  Your tour                          guide will assist with check in.

                         Check in, unpack and enjoy the hotel amenities.

                         Take a trip to the PREMIUM OUTLET MALL for supper– located right next door.

 11:59PM           Security starts!

 6:00AM             Security ends!

 8:00AM             Hot continental breakfast at your hotel.

 9:00AM             Depart for Universal Studio’s Islands of Adventure.  Make sure to check out the “Incredible Hulk Coaster,” the plunge of “Doctor Doom’s Fearfall,” and the high speed, near miss roller coasters, “Dueling Dragons.”  (Park hopper)

                         Meal voucher included.

 5:00PM             Return to your hotel.

 7:30PM             Depart for Pirate’s Dinner Adventure. A Swashbuckling, side-splitting, musical Pirates Dinner Adventure Spectacular!

 7:50PM             Group check-in

 8:30PM             The show begins!

 Meal includes: “Corn of the Cob”, “Treasure’s Chicken with Lemon Pepper Sauce”  & “Buccaneer  Roast Beef with Mushroom Gravy Sauce”,  Caribbean Rice, Mixed Vegetables, Red Potatoes and unlimited soft drinks.

 10:20PM           Show ends! The party begins with a DJ Party including unlimited soft drinks. Join the crew at the Buccaneer Bash and party the night away!  (your own cd’s are welcome)

 11:00PM           Depart for your hotel.

 11:59PM           Security starts!

8:00/AM            Hot continental breakfast at your hotel.

11:00AM           Depart for COMPETITION at Olympia High School – 4301 South Apopka Vineland Road, 32835.  Group Photos will be taken after performance. All Star Music Festival T-Shirts and Group Photos will be available for purchase.

12:05                Jazz Band - Warm-up begins (on stage)

12:40                Performance (Good Luck!)

1:35                  Concert band – Warm-up begins (on stage)

2:10                  Performance (Good Luck!)

3:00                  Concert Percussion Warm up begins (on stage)

3:15                  Performance (Good Luck!)

4:30/PM            Return to hotel, shower and get ready for the awards ceremony.

6:30/PM            Board motor coaches and depart for Festival Bay one of Orlando’s most unique lifestyle shopping destinations (Festival Bay is approximately 18 minutes away from hotel) 

7:00PM             The Awards Begins at the beautiful Festival Bay Mall!

                        DJ DANCE CELEBRATION and AWARDS CEREMONY.

8:00PM             The celebration ends with a fabulous time had by all! 

                        Pizza/Pool Party at the hotel!

11:59PM           Security starts!

 6:00AM             Security ends!

 8:00AM             Hot continental breakfast at your hotel.

                         Pack and check out.
 

9:00AM             Depart for Walt Disney World Resort’s Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Hollywood Studios or Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park (choice of ONE park)
